Air Temperature Services also has a full-scale sheet metal fabrication shop, so we can create anything from routine ductwork to customized fittings and offsets. We also own one of only four spiral machines in the Madison area, and our spiral machine is approved for use with Linda systems. This approval means we can produce the lowest tolerances on spiral ductwork.

- Due to the nature of the organization, Air Temperature Services must comply with the rules and regulations of several regulatory agencies. Examples include but are not limited to ASHRAE, SMACNA, and the EPA. These agencies establish baselines that need to be met for all projects. As an HVACR contractor, Air Temperature Services must follow all codes specified by municipalities, states, and the national government. These codes often vary from area to area, which means that our entire organization has to be well-educated on all codes.
- As a unionized company, Air Temperature Services must also follow the safety guidelines and procedures set forth by each union. These guidelines and procedures ensure the safety and well-being of the union employees while on job sites. Union Representatives make general rounds in order to ensure that all employees are following OSHA and union rules.
- As an HVACR contractor, Air Temperature Services is required by the State of Wisconsin to be licensed in this industry. This requires that Air Temperature Services is in constant contact with the state’s regulatory board for trades.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Air Temperature Services requires our technical professionals to have graduated from a trade school and we offer continuing education in the individual’s field. We also provide continuing education to make sure our trades professionals stay current on building codes, procedures, and technological trends.
