“Air Temperature Services was the main PM provider for our two laundromats in Wisconsin for a number of years and you helped us replace two RTUs. I was working from home and I overheard Dave explaining how and why he was doing a particular procedure the way he was to the assistant.  I was struck by Dave’s patience and his desire to share his knowledge to help a colleague learn.  Working in construction, I’m well aware that we need as much knowledge of the tricks of the trade shared between our experienced team members and our new workers.  Dave also gave me good advice on how to set my controls, when to turn on the humidifier and how to operate the new equipment most economically. Also to note – the basement was cleaner after Dave left than when he started.
